Open, or download and run this executable (this does not contain malicious code) to start a visual illusion. Stare at the centre of the swirling image (and don't look away) for about 20-30 seconds (the longer the better) then look at the palm of your hand. You should see all the lines on your hand moving around. This works because your brain has become accustomed to the moving pattern and expects what you are seeing to continue moving in this way.
